Intelligent Virtual Assistant recognized at London ceremony for exceptional ability to understand everyday communication
FRANKLIN, Mass.—June 12, 2019—Interactions, LLC, the world’s largest stand-alone artificial intelligence (AI) company, today announced its Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) was named the Best AI Application in Customer Service at the 2019 AIconics Awards presented on June 11 in London.
The AIconics honor the individuals, teams and organizations pioneering innovations in the AI industry and driving results for brands. This year, the program launched the “Best AI Application in Customer Service category to recognize solutions delivering outstanding customer experiences and strengthening the relationship between companies and their customers. Interactions’ success in the category’s inaugural year is a nod to the company’s technology and market leadership in powering conversational customer experiences for enterprises.
