As customer base grows & diversifies, Interactions reaffirms commitment to customer success with Digges promotion

FRANKLIN, MA – March 31, 2021 – Interactions, LLC, one of the largest standalone artificial intelligence companies in the world, today announced that Candy Digges will serve as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. With three years of Interactions leadership experience, Digges will join the senior management team in advancing the vision for the Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) platform and driving continued operational excellence.

With extensive experience in sales and project management, Digges has a proven track record of strengthening customer relationships. In her new role as SVP, Digges will lead the customer success and account management teams, ensuring that Interactions clients across industries reap the maximum business value of their IVA solutions. Prior to Interactions, Digges held leadership roles at Genesys, Angel.com, and XO Communications.
