Seasoned product leader adds significant depth to Interactions’ management team
FRANKLIN, Mass.—September 19, 2019—Interactions, LLC, the world’s largest stand-alone artificial intelligence (AI) company, today welcomed Errol Apostolopoulos as Senior Vice President of Product Management. With over 20 years of experience building and leading high performing product teams at fast-growing companies including Brandwatch, Moontoast and Optaros, Errol joins Interactions to oversee management of its market-leading conversational AI product portfolio.

Over the course of his career, Errol has developed expertise in commercializing innovative technologies and scaling products to drive revenue and business results. Prior to the merger between Brandwatch and Crimson Hexagon, Errol was Crimson Hexagon’s SVP of Product. In this role, he led the design and implementation of a product suite focused on AI-enabled consumer insights, helping to grow the company’s organic revenue by 400% during his tenure. Before that, he served as SVP of Product at Moontoast where he spearheaded the strategy, design, R&D and lifecycle management for an ad tech platform recognized by Facebook with an Innovation award while building a dynamic, and diverse product team.
